I thought it would be amusing to get on e-bay and browse around. Low and behold, most property on the site is bidding on the down payment, but occasionally you get gems like these:

I'd imagine even the others will be decent deals, but it doesn't look like you'll be getting a $2 house anytime soon, let alone a hunk of land. A pity, because I"m pretty sure I can get my dad to buy it, with me buying it from him later for a bit more.
